Welcome to the Brighter Energy Debate!
We're a website for anyone to ask any questions you have about npower - and the energy industry as a whole. So far, we have seen over 5,200 visitors to the site and we have been asked over 1000 questions.
npower was the first energy company to launch an interactive debating website. This site gives us the chance to answer your questions and openly address the issues that are affecting all of us. And you don't have to be an npower customer to talk to us!
We have our own panel of "experts" - of people who work in different business areas in npower, who can answer your comments and questions. From time to time you'll also see some of the panel members in videos answering some of the more popular questions you've asked us about, including customer services and energy efficiency.
If you register, we’ll stay in touch, discussing industry issues as they come up, listening to what you’ve got to say and providing the facts behind the news. Please note that answers are subject to change as our policies may be amended to reflect opinion, so please check for any newer responses.
